Scripture strongly affirms ministries of spiritual healing. The root of the word healing in New Testament Greek, sozo, is the same as that of salvation and wholeness. Spiritual healing is God’s work of offering persons balance, harmony, and wholeness of body, mind, spirit, and relationships through confession, forgiveness, and reconciliation. Through such healing, God works to bring about reconciliation between God and humanity and the rest of creation.

As we have experienced brokenness, disappointment, sorrow, tiredness, and fatigue during the pandemic, we want to come together and experience God’s presence and healing. We, as a community of faith, need to hear what has been missed and lost. So let us join together and remember what God has done for us and recognize what God is doing in our midst that we may be restored and healed through the Holy Spirit.

You are invited to a service of healing on October 6 at 7:00 PM in the chapel.

This service will be recorded and uploaded to the Trinity website for those who are not able to join.
