Pumpkin Patch 2026
It's pumpkin season!
Here at Trinity, the pumpkin patch proceeds go to our Student Ministry? It's their only fundraiser of the year and the funds raised is a substantial portion of their budget.
The pumpkins that we sell are grown in New Mexico on a Navajo Reservation. During harvest season, over 700 Native Americans are employed, and the full-time off-season staff is entirely comprised of Native Americans. This has made an enormous difference in an area where recently, unemployment was at 42%. The farmers practice sustainable agricultural practices, including crop rotation, soil-mapping technology, limited herbicide use. All pumpkins are non-GMO.
